The present invention relates to a battery relay of a vehicle for preventing eccentricity of a movable contact point. The battery relay of a vehicle has a plunger which is inserted into a ring-shaped excitation coil. The battery relay of a vehicle comprises: a mounting pillar formed on the top end of the plunger to protrude and to have a smaller diameter than the diameter in a widthwise direction of the plunger; an operating contact point assembly mounted on the mounting pillar; and a fastener for fixating the operating contact point assembly onto the mounting pillar. Since the operating contact point assembly is mounted on the mounting pillar and formed to be extended on the top end of the plunger and is fixated on the plunger by the fastener, the operating contact point assembly becomes one body with the plunger. Thus, no eccentricity occurs in the operating contact point during a vertical movement, and an eccentric contact is prevented from occurring in between the operating contact point and a fixed contact point. As well, the vibration resistance of the operating contact point is improved. |
