The present invention relates to a die apparatus to form a curved surface of an aluminum thick plate. By the present invention, provided is the die apparatus to form the curved surface of the aluminum thick plate, comprising: a first die including a first grid type die where a first convex processing plane is formed; a second die including a second grid type die where a second concave processing surface corresponding to the first processing plane is formed. Each of the two grid type dies comprises: an edge wall part extended to form an edge of each processing plane extended to form an edge of each processing plane; a first internal wall member combined to the edge wall part as being able to be separated in order to cross an inside of the edge wall part; and a second internal wall member combined to the edge wall part as being able to be separated in order for the inside of the edge wall part as crossing the first internal wall member.
