PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electrical rotating machine which can prevent breakage due to excessive increase of a rotation frequency of a rotor when cranking an engine.SOLUTION: In a vehicle ECU, right after complete explosion of an engine is detected, in order to suppress an excess increase of a rotational frequency of the engine from Re1 at the time of complete explosion of the engine due to an excessive increased torque of the engine caused by the complete explosion of the engine, a torque control is so performed that a torque in a reverse direction, which corresponds to a difference from Te1 which is the maximum value of a torque of the engine at a time t3' to a value of Te2 which is a value of a torque when a torque of the engine becomes a constant value at a time t4' when ignition in the engine is so made as to be stable, is given onto a first motor. Thus, since such a torque control is performed that the torque in the reverse direction, which suppresses a rotational frequency in a normal direction, is given onto the first motor, torque increases in normal directions of the engine and the first motor are cancelled.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
