The present invention related to a pump assembly for a hot water mat, allowing a convenience of injection of refill water. The pump assembly comprises: a lower casing (20) with an opened top portion; an upper casing (10) engaged to a top portion of the lower casing, and formed with a penetration hole (15a) on a top surface; a water tank provided in a space between the upper casing and the lower casing, and provided with an inlet (22a) corresponding to the penetration hole (15a); and a casing cover (30) engaged to a top portion of the upper casing, and provided with a passage (32a) on the top portion corresponding to the penetration hole (15a). The refill water can be supplied into the water tank through the passage (32a), the penetration hole (15a), and the inlet (22a), when the casing cover (30) is reversely engaged to the upper casing in a turned over position. The passage (32) is formed inside an extension part (32) extended to a predefined height from the top portion. A concave portion (18) of a partial sphere shape is formed around the penetration hole (15a) on the upper surface of the upper casing, and legs of a circular shape are formed in an inner direction of a bottom of the casing cover to be supported by the concave portion. |
