The present invention comprises: a step of respectively dividing a light radiated from a light source into a plurality of routes; a step of treating a light traveled in a first route among the plurality of routes through a double mirror part from which a light is reflected or transmitted in accordance with a wavelength band; a step of recognizing a distance between a dichroic light dividing part and a mirror of the double mirror part using a distance difference of a heterogeneous wavelength band introduced in the light dividing part from a result of a treatment of the light traveled in the first route; and a step of measuring each distance through a preset algorithm by detecting data based interference signals derived from an object based light dividing part or between mirrors corresponding to a second route through interference signals generated in the light separating part which respectively corresponds to the heterogeneous wavelength band. |
