The present invention relates to a cloud-based integrated processing system to manage clustering infrastructure for genome analysis and an integrated processing method to manage clustering infrastructure for genome analysis using the same. The cloud-based integrated processing system to manage the clustering infrastructure for genome analysis and the integrated processing method to manage the clustering infrastructure for genome analysis using the same include: an API unit which receives request information for organization of genome analysis clustering infrastructure from a user and calls an operation processing unit according to the request information; the operation processing unit which determines an integrated operation procedure for organization of cluster infrastructure and installation and configuration of genome analysis software based on the request information; an installation operation unit which performs an integrated operation such as organizing the cluster infrastructure on a target server and installing and configuring the genome analysis software according to the integrated operation procedure; and an operation procedure storage unit in which integrated operation procedures by product or operation type are stored. According to the present invention above, by integrating organization of cluster infrastructure for genome analysis and installation and configuration of genome analysis software and managing the two in one operation procedure management system, the present invention can lower the operation costs of the whole system and enables easy and fast management of genome analysis cluster infrastructure. |
