摘要 The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing an environment-friendly fishing weight. The purpose of the present invention is to strengthen the strength of a product of the fishing weight and enable the buoyancy of the fishing weight to be properly adjusted by preventing water from penetrating into the fishing weight through glaze treatment in manufacturing a fishing weight using environment-friendly materials to which a lead component is not added. In order to realize the purpose of the present invention, a method of manufacturing an environment-friendly fishing weight according to the present invention includes: a composition mixing step (ST 1) of mixing 30 to 50% by weight of clay, 10 to 30% by weight of white clay, 10 to 30% by weight of sandy soil, and 5 to 20% by weight of water; a press forming step (ST 2) of injecting the mixed composition into a mold and forming the mixed composition into a fishing weight shape; a natural drying step (ST 3) of naturally drying the formed fishing weight for 1 to 2 days; a primary calcination step (ST 4) of calcining the naturally dried fishing weight at 800 to 850°C for 8 to 10 hours; a glaze treatment step (ST 5) of dipping the calcined fishing weight into a glaze in which 40 to 60% by weight of water, 10 to 20% by weight of feldspar, 10 to 20% by weight of silica, 5 to 10% by weight of limestone, and 5 to 10% by weight of pottery stone are mixed such that a glaze coating layer is formed on the surface of the calcined fishing weight; and a secondary calcination step (ST 6) of calcining the glaze-treated fishing weight at 1,200 to 1,300°C for 8 to 10 hours.
