PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic electroluminescence display.SOLUTION: An organic electroluminescence display comprises: plural scanning lines; plural data lines disposed to cross the scanning lines; at least one first pixel circuit having at least one first driver transistor including a first channel area having a first channel direction, and electrically connected to one of the scanning lines and one of the data lines; and at least one second pixel circuit having at least one second driver transistor including a second channel area having a second channel direction different from the first channel direction, and electrically connected to one of the scanning lines and one of the data lines.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
