PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow setting of a name for a storage region to be performed easier than setting of a name for a storage region via a user interface provided in an image data storage device that stores image data.SOLUTION: When it is determined that a confidential box name is not set in a step 107, candidates for the confidential box name, or box name candidates, are generated and then the generated box name candidates are transmitted to a computer device (a step 108). In the computer device, the confidential box name is selected by a user from the box name candidates and the selected confidential box name is transmitted from the computer device to an image forming device. Then, the image forming device receives the confidential box name (a step 110), associates the confidential box name with an unregistered confidential box and then registers the confidential box name with a memorizing section (a step 111).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7 |
