PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical modulation device having stable characteristics.SOLUTION: An optical modulation device comprises: an optical modulator 90; bonding wire 30 in which one end thereof is electrically connected to the optical modulator; a resistor 14 in which one end thereof is electrically connected to the other end of the bonding wire; a first metal layer 56 in which one end thereof is electrically connected to the other end of the resistor and which has an inductor element disposed on an insulator layer; and a second metal layer 52 having a ground pattern which is electrically connected the other end of the first metal layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
