The invention relates to a product (1) comprising: a substrate made of a construction material (2); a composition of polymers (3) arranged over all or part of the surface of the substrate made of a construction material (2), the composition of polymers (3) being deposited by plasma-enhanced chemical vapour deposition; and a thin film (4) for forming all or part of an electronic device, especially operating on the basis of the photovoltaic effect, and arranged over all or part of the composition of polymers (3).
