[Problem] To provide a container whereby a material stored inside the container can be observed without removing a lid, and a non-contact electric power transmission system. [Solution] A container provided with a dish body through which the inside thereof is visible, and a cylindrical lid through which the inside thereof is visible for sealing and covering a top part of the dish body, a power-receiving coil being provided to a lateral face or a peripheral edge part of a top face of the lid, or to a lateral face of the dish body, and a power supply coil provided outside the container and not in contact with the power-receiving coil being energized, whereby power is supplied to the power-receiving coil. The power-receiving coil is a printed pattern of an electroconductive ink, a flexible printed substrate, or an electroconductive pattern formed by thin-film formation or a surface treatment.
