Provided is a sensor network sensor device and a method for sending data to a sensor network that maintains accuracy and uses low electrical energy. A sensor network sensor device 10 is provided with an oscillation-type sensor 11 that oscillates via a mechanical oscillator, a data-processing and communicating means 12 for processing output signals from the oscillation-type sensor 11 and sending data to the outside, a power source 13 for supplying electrical power to the oscillation-type sensor 11 and to the data-processing and communicating means 12, and an electrical-power-supply-controlling part 14 for controlling the electrical power supply line connection between the power source 13 and the oscillation-type sensor 10, and the electrical power supply line connection between the power source 13 and the data-processing and communicating means 12. The electrical-power-supply-controlling part 14 connects the electrical power supply line between the power source 13 and the data-processing and communicating means 12 after connecting the electrical power supply line between the power source 13 and the oscillation-type sensor 11. |
