The present invention relates to a mobile terminal and a control method thereof, which can introduce a viewpoint good for taking a picture in tourist destinations or the like to a user in real time and can guide an image composition at the viewpoint. According to the embodiments of the present invention, the mobile terminal of the present invention can comprise: a camera; a display unit; and a control unit for displaying viewpoints in a preset radius around the present position on the display unit, when a specific viewpoint is selected among the viewpoints, guiding a path from the present position to the specific viewpoint, and, when the present position is the position of the specific view point, providing a user interface for executing the camera. |
