PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an impeller inexpensive and having high dimensional accuracy, a method of manufacturing the impeller, a pump device, and a method of manufacturing the pump device.SOLUTION: An impeller 13 used in a pump device 1 comprises: an impeller body 41 in which a front shroud 51 having an opened projection 13a, plural vanes 52 provided on the front shroud 51 and a first boss part 53 provided on the plural vanes 52 for insertion of a main shaft 12 are integrally molded, the impeller body being fixed to the main shaft 12; and a back side shroud 42 in which a second boss part 62 for insertion of the main shaft 12 and a shroud part 61 contacting with the vanes 52 are integrally molded, the back side shroud being fixed to the main shaft 12 while contacting with the vanes 52 and the first boss part 53.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
