PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide methods of producing human monoclonal antibodies against a wide variety of antigens including bacterial and viral antigens, tumor antigens and various autoantigens.SOLUTION: A method of preparing an immortalized human B-cell repertoire comprises: (a) centrifuging a population of human B cells with Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) to infect the human B cells, where 90-99% of the population of human B cells are immortalized by EBV infection; (b) resuspending the human B cells; and (c) culturing the human B cells.SELECTED DRAWING: None
