PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of an aluminum die-cast part which can improve the rigidity of a key lock hole part, and the aluminum die-cast part which is obtained by the method.SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of an aluminum die-cast part includes: a casting process S1 which casts a main body part by using a metal mold which is set to either of a thickness ratio of a key lock part forming part in a main body part of the aluminum die-cast part at not smaller than 70%, or an aspect ratio of the key lock part forming part at not larger than 0.5; and a key lock par forming process S2 which forms a key lock part by cutting the key lock part forming part after the casting process.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
