PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a charging type vacuum cleaner in which a cleaner body hardly falls down, in a charging posture in which the cleaner body is placed on a charger stand.SOLUTION: A charging type vacuum cleaner 3 includes: a cleaner body 1 having a connection pipe 9 extending downward from a body part 4 in which a motor blower 5 is accommodated, and a suction port body 10; and a charging stand 2 on which the cleaner body 1 is placed in an upright state and for charging a battery 6. The charging stand 2 includes: a base part 11 placed on a floor surface; a cleaner body support part 12 erected upright from the base part 11; and a placement part 13. The cleaner body support part 12 is configured so as to support a side surface of the connection pipe 9 in a charging posture in which the cleaner body 1 is placed on the charging stand 2. A bottom surface of the base part 11 is configured in a shape including a virtual circle on the bottom surface in which, with a point in which a center of gravity of the charging type vacuum cleaner 3 is projected on the bottom surface perpendicularly being a virtual center, a radius is a value in which a distance HG from the virtual center to the center of gravity is multiplied by tan 10°.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
