a first substrate; a first electrode disposed on the first substrate; a pixel defining layer with a first aperture exposing the first electrode; an organic light emitting layer disposed on the first electrode; a second electrode disposed on the organic light emitting layer; a second substrate; a black matrix with a second aperture disposed on the second substrate and facing the second substrate; and a lens covering at least a part of the second aperture and protruding toward the first substrate.
