A method for manufacturing an organic electroluminescent device. The method comprises: forming an auxiliary electrode (2) on a resin layer (1) of an organic electroluminescent substrate; forming a gas generation layer (4) on the auxiliary electrode (2); forming an organic electroluminescent layer (6) on the gas generation layer (4); arranging an acceptor substrate (12) on the organic electroluminescent layer (6), and scanning an auxiliary electrode area (22) with laser, so that the gas generation layer (4) is decomposed under laser irradiation and releases gas, and accordingly the organic electroluminescent layer (6) of the auxiliary electrode area (22) is transferred onto the acceptor substrate (12); removing the acceptor substrate (12); and forming a cathode (7) on the auxiliary electrode. The manufacturing process can effectively reduce poor contact between the auxiliary electrode and the cathode. |
