Disclosed is a large-scale viscous semi-solid homogeneous material propeller and application, which belong to the technical field of dry type biogas fermentation material propulsion. The propeller comprises long-shaft propulsion impellers (1), propeller driving shafts (2), and propeller housings (4), wherein the long-shaft propulsion impellers (1) are elongated in the impeller vane driving shaft direction, the section perpendicular to the axial direction has a dumbbell-shaped structure, and two ends and the middle of the dumbbell-shaped structure are all arc-shaped; each long-shaft propulsion impeller (1) is installed with a propeller driving shaft (2), the two long-shaft propulsion impellers (1) have parallel shafts (2), and can rotate respectively along respective shafts (2), rotating directions of the two long-shaft propulsion impellers (1) are opposite, and surfaces of two vane impellers (1) remain meshed and sealed all the time; and a propeller housing (4) is arranged on the outer face of each long-shaft propulsion impeller (1), so that each long-shaft propulsion impeller (1) is tangential to a corresponding semi-cylindrical cavity all the time during the rotation process. The two impellers have mutual unloading and removal effects, and have a relatively good propulsion effect on the viscous semi-solid homogeneous material. |
