The outer ring (471) includes an outer ring face (481), a first contact protrusion (484), and a second contact protrusion (485). The first and second contact protrusion (485)s are spaced apart and extend from an outer body portion (472) at the outer ring face (481). The inner ring (474) is located inward from the outer ring (471). The inner ring (474) includes an inner ring face (497) and a third contact protrusion (494).
