A compressing mechanism for a compressor comprises a bearing and an exhaust valve plate (100). An exhaust hole is formed in the bearing. The exhaust valve plate (100) is provided with a head (1), a tail (2), and a connecting portion (3) connected between the head (1) and the tail (2). The tail (2) is fixed to the bearing. The head (1) is matched with the exhaust hole so as to open or close the exhaust hole. The thickness of the exhaust valve plate (100) is T, the distance between the fixing point between the tail (2) and the bearing and the center of the exhaust hole is L, the width of the connecting portion (3) is b0, and T, L and b0 meet the relational expressions T/b0≤0.045 and b0/L≥0.12. |
