PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel microorganism preparation with lignin resolution.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a lignin decomposing agent and cellulose decomposing agent containing (a) a microorganism belonging to Bacillus licheniformis in which a 16SrRNA gene has a specific base sequence, or (b) a microorganism belonging to Staphylococcus sciuri in which the 16SrRNA gene has a specific base sequence. The invention also relates to a lignin decomposition method and cellulose decomposition method comprising culturing the lignin decomposing agent and cellulose decomposing agent under the presence of a biomass resource containing lignin or cellulose.SELECTED DRAWING: None
