PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plurality of microwave energy delivery devices that controls interaction of overlapping electromagnetic fields.SOLUTION: A plurality of microwave energy delivery devices are inserted through a microwave spacer 100 and positioned at constant intervals. The microwave spacer includes a housing 110, which includes a housing body 111 and a compression body 112. The compression body forms a plurality of compression body apertures 102a' to 102e' that correspond respectively to housing device apertures 102a to 102e. The compression body slidably engages a housing body cavity 114, and at least a portion of the compression body is positioned within a compression body cavity. A compression mechanism is positioned between the housing body and the compression body and configured to provide a biasing force between the housing body and the compression body. In a first position, the housing device apertures are misaligned with the compression body apertures; and in a second position, the housing apertures are aligned with the compression body apertures forming a plurality of aligned apertures.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3 |
