The present invention simplifies an attachment structure for a door harness. The present invention comprises one waterproofing seal plate having a size that seals a service hole provided in a door inner panel of a door frame. The seal plate is formed from a lightweight resin plate comprising a resin corrugated plate or a resin compressed foam plate. The door harness is routed on the cabin-interior surface of the seal plate. The band of a band clamp is passed through a pair of band holes provided in the seal plate and wound around the door harness to fasten and secure the door harness. An engagement part provided to the band clamp is made to project from a cabin-exterior surface on the reverse face of the seal plate. The engagement part of the band clamp is inserted and engaged with an engagement hole provided in the door inner panel.
