The present invention is provided with: an electric motor driving device 100 that drives an electric motor 5 using power supplied from an AC power supply 1, or a leak current detection unit 21 that detects a zero-phase current flowing from the electric motor 5 to ground E2; a leak current control unit 22 that generates, on the basis of the zero-phase current thus detected by means of the leak current detection unit 21, a control signal having periodicity synchronized with that of the AC power supply 1; and a reverse phase current generating unit 23 that generates and outputs a reverse phase current in a phase reverse to that of the zero-phase current, on the basis of the control signal outputted from the leak current control unit 22.
