EXTRUSION MOLD AND MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR COMPOSITE PLATE MATERIAL FORMED BY COEXTRUSION

An extrusion mold for a composite plate material formed by coextrusion of a wood plastic and a metal section. The mold comprises a mold body and a partition plate. A mold cavity is provided within the mold body. The partition plate is provided in the mold cavity. The metal section is an opening-shaped metal section. The partition plate is configured to enclose with the metal section fed into the mold cavity. Formed in the mold among constituents of the mold are shaping cavity gaps for a molten wood plastic material to flow. The partition plate, the metal section, and the wall surface of the mold cavity are configured therebetween as gaps used for outflow of the molten wood plastic material. A gap for outflow of the wood plastic material is also provided on an outlet template. The extrusion mold is provided with an air channel. The air channel sequentially runs through the mold body, the shaping cavity gaps, and the partition plate and enters the interior of the enclosure. A gas can pass through an opening part of the metal section via the air channel to enter the interior of a cavity constituted by the metal section and the partition plate, thus cooling the metal section.
