The present invention relates to a composite film for an exterior material of a battery. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the composite film comprises: a first protective layer making up a packaging inner skin of the battery, and sealing an accommodated electrode assembly of the battery by touching each other; and a fabric layer attached on the first protective layer by an adhesive, and exhibiting elasticity and flexibility to relieve stress caused by discrepancy in a thermal expansion coefficient of the first protective layer. The fabric layer makes up the packaging outer skin of the battery which offers an interface exposed to the outside of the battery. According to the present invention, it is possible to secure elasticity and flexibility.
