The invention provides an eye make-up execution board and an eye make-up execution method, and the board and method achieves the reduction of pressure of an operator and the improvement of operation efficiency in eye make-up execution. From the moment when an operated person sits on the eye make-up execution board (1), the contact surfaces of the operated person with a seat part (11) and a back part (12) are enabled to be horizontal through an accessary leaning mechanism, thereby enabling the operated person to lie laterally for eye make-up execution.
