PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for concentrating and recovering nucleic acids, which is easily operated and can highly efficiently concentrate and recover the nucleic acids in a short period of time.SOLUTION: This technique provides a cartridge for concentrating and recovering nucleic acids, in which: a channel enabling a liquid to be introduced is formed; polymer gel is arranged at a prescribed position of the channel; electrodes are arranged at both terminals of the channel; at least a part of the channel is constituted by a gel holding part that holds the polymer gel; and the polymer gel has a shape becoming concave from a negative electrode to a positive electrode.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
