PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid duplication of multiple pieces of log information related to one print job.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 20 that transmits a print job to an image forming apparatus 10 stores print jobs transmitted from user terminals in job storage means 24. The information processing apparatus transmits to an image forming apparatus a print job to be executed in the image forming apparatus among stored print jobs and identification information for specifying that log information related to the print job is not generated in the image forming apparatus and stored on an information management device 30. The information processing apparatus generates log information related to the transmitted print job, and transmits the log information to the information management device, to which the image forming apparatus transmits log information generated by the image forming apparatus and related to the executed print job. The log information related to the print job executed in the image forming apparatus is not generated in the image forming apparatus and recorded in log storage means that stores log information for the information management device 30, but the log information is generated in the information processing apparatus and recorded in the log storage means 32 of the information management device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4 |
