PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a system that can reliably notify a terminal at a notification destination of notification information for notifying the arrival of FAX reception data to an image forming apparatus, and can reduce a load on a server that relays the notification information.SOLUTION: There is provided a system that includes an image forming apparatus, a storage server, and a relay server, and notifies a terminal at a notification destination of the arrival of FAX reception data to the image forming apparatus, where the image forming apparatus includes acquisition means for acquiring notification destination specification information from the storage server, specification means for specifying a terminal at a notification destination on the basis of the acquired notification destination specification information, and notification destination transmission means for transmitting, to the relay server, notification information for notifying the terminal at the notification destination of the arrival of the FAX reception data; and the relay server includes control means for executing processing of transmitting the notification information to the specified terminal at the notification destination.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
