PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tool cutting device capable of rotationally cutting workpieces from large size to normal size efficiently, and suppressing abrasion of diamond forming a cutting blade of a cutting tool even when a large workpiece is rotationally cut.SOLUTION: A tool cutting device for rotationally cutting a plate-like workpiece 11 comprises: a tool cutting means feeding mechanism for moving tool cutting means 34 in a direction perpendicular to a holding surface of a chuck table 56; and a cutting fluid supply nozzle for supplying a cutting fluid to a processing point where at least the workpiece 11 and a cutting blade 48 come into contact during rotational cutting. The width of the chuck table 56 in a direction orthogonal to a moving path of the chuck table 56 is larger than a diameter of a cutting tool wheel. The tool cutting means is arranged at an arbitrary position in a rotationally cuttable manner within a range where the tool cutting means can be moved by horizontal moving means.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
