PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simple culture method for adhesive cells using a bag-shaped vessel by which the adhesive cells can be efficiently cultured.SOLUTION: The invention relates to a culture method for adhesive cells in which the cells are cultured by enclosing a liquid enclosure 6 containing adhesive cells and liquid medium into a bag-shaped vessel 2 equipped with a container wall 21 used as a cell culture face 22. The bag-shaped vessel 2 is set to shape-holding means 1 comprising: a first member 3 having a mounting surface 31 on which the container wall 21 is mounted; and a pressure board 41 having a pressure face 42 which presses the container wall 21, opposing to the container wall 21. The bag-shaped vessel 2 is pressed by the mounting surface 31 and the pressure face 42 to increase the inner pressure of the bag-shaped vessel 2. While this increased inner pressure maintains the condition that the flow of at least the liquid enclosure 6 close to the cell culture face 22 is regulated, the adhesive cells are cultured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
