The present invention provides an endoscope device for a portable terminal, which guides light from the light source of a portable terminal to emit the light from a side with respect to a projection angle and is separably coupled to the portable terminal to endoscopically capture the inside of a subject so as to be able to obtain a more stable image quality, wherein the device comprises: projecting means having a passage passing in a straight line with respect to a camera of the portable terminal; and light guiding means for guiding light irradiated from the light source of the portable terminal through the passage of the projecting means to be emitted. |
