A multi-stage cyclonic vortex grinding machine, comprising a driving device, a transmission device, a multi-stage cyclonic vortex grinding device and a material discharging device. The multi-stage cyclonic vortex grinding device consists of a first-stage rotor (9), a second-stage rotor (10), a third-stage rotor (11) and a grinding cavity. The three stages of rotors are respectively provided with three millstones with diameters changing in a stepped mode, and all the millstones of the three stages of rotors form a turntable structure in which the three millstones are coaxial with intervals and rotate reversely, so that a material can be better peeled off and smashed after being accelerated by reverse rotation of the three millstones.
