Connection device for a tube (100) having an end portion provided with an external chamfer (101), comprising a tubular body (1) internally provided with an annular sealing element (62) and with a catching member (4, 40) for holding the end portion of the tube in a sealed manner inside the body. The device comprises at least one retractable stop (6) designed to oppose the introduction into the body of an unchamfered end portion of tube (200) and so that the chamfer (101) forms a retraction cam to retract the stop (6) when the chamfered end portion of tube (100) is introduced into the body (1).
