The present invention relates to a heat sink unit and a method for manufacturing the same. The heat sink unit of the present invention includes: a heat radiation material which has thermal conductivity for heat radiation and is arranged in plural layers; and a die pad which reduces expansion rate by confining the thermally expanding heat radiation material. The present invention can be applied for a heat sink of a middle output or high output device by increasing a heat radiation surface area by arranging the heat radiation material in plural layers differently from the prior technology, and can prevent random separation between the heat radiation material and the die pad by reducing thermal expansion of the heat radiation material by binding the plural layers of the thermal radiation material. |
