PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To detect failure or the like of a flow sensor during flow rate measurement, and perform predetermined processing related to maintenance and inspection of the flow sensor.SOLUTION: An information processing device for exhaust gas measurement includes: a reception circuit receiving a flow rate measurement signal indicating a flow rate measurement value of exhaust gas flowing in an exhaust gas pipe of an internal combustion engine, and an operational state signal indicating an operational state of the internal combustion engine; and a processing execution circuit executing predetermined processing related to maintenance and inspection of a flow sensor in a case where an index value of the operational state indicated by the operational state signal and the flow rate measurement value indicated by the flow rate measurement signal do not satisfy predetermined correlation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
