PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a detergent composition, which provides a satisfying suds volume during a washing stage and a significantly reduced suds volume after a single rinse process.SOLUTION: A detergent composition comprises a granulated foam control composition and an anionic surfactant. The granulated foam control composition comprises a foam control agent, an organic additive composition, a water soluble inorganic particulate carrier and a charged cationic polymer.
