A server for providing a mobile service platform and a method performed by the server are disclosed. In an exemplary embodiment, a method for providing a mobile service platform may comprise the steps of: receiving, by a code server, at least one of a code for an application for a particular advertiser and a code for a particular advertising page of the particular advertiser, acquired by a user equipment; receiving, by an advertisement log server, at least one of the code for the application for the particular advertiser and the code for the particular advertising page of the particular advertiser, acquired by the user equipment, and user information on a user of the user equipment; searching, by a code server, a database for at least one record value included in at least one of the code for the application and the code for the particular advertising page, received from the user equipment; transmitting, by the code server, the at least one searched record value to the user equipment; receiving, by an application server, a request for the application for the particular advertiser on the basis of the at least one transmitted record value from the user equipment; and in response to the request for the application for the particular advertiser, searching, by the application server, the database for an application corresponding to the requested application, and transmitting data associated therewith to the user equipment. |
