The present invention relates to a ship rudder comprising a lift adjustment apparatus. The present invention can provide the ship rudder comprising a lift adjustment apparatus, comprising: a rudder main body of which both sides have a hydrofoil cross-sectional surface, having a flow passage having an outer injection hole; a lift control unit provided to the outer injection hole and injecting a lift control fluid in at least one direction to control lift of the rudder main body; and a control unit controlling a fluid injection state with respect to the at least one direction of the lift control unit. The present invention improves the lift generated by rotation of the rudder to maximize stable rotation and adjustability of the ship.
