MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DISPLAY APPARATUS

For a method for manufacturing an organic light emitting display device capable of realizing manufacturing of a high quality organic light emitting display device, the present invention provides the method for manufacturing the organic light emitting display device, which includes the steps of: (i) preparing a substrate where a plurality of pixel electrodes are formed; (ii) preparing a donor mask comprising a base substrate, a photothermal conversion layer arranged on the base substrate, and a reflection layer having through-holes by being intervened between the base substrate and the photothermal conversion layer; (iii) depositing a transfer layer on the photothermal conversion layer of the donor mask; (iv) aligning the substrate and the donor mask; and (v) transferring a part corresponding to the through-holes of the transfer layer of the donor mask onto the plurality of pixel electrodes on the substrate, by preheating at least a part of the donor mask or the transfer layer, and then irradiating a laser beam or a lamp light to the preheated part of the transfer layer or the donor mask.
