Disclosed are service method and system to manage transaction by reflecting an application property. The service system to manage transaction in an Internet of things (IoT) environment includes a virtual object transaction manager based on a cloud. The virtual object transaction manager can comprise: an API registering unit to register an interface provided from a virtual object in the form of an API if the virtual object of an IoT device is produced; and an API use authority management unit to manage use authority of the API by virtual object of the IoT device registered on the cloud.
