Described herein is a textile reinforced membrane (TRM). The TRM contains a unique combination of surface preparation techniques, primers, adhesives, reinforcing mesh and elastomeric membrane that allows it to adhere to a wide range of materials and to provide a 5 highly durable weather-tight elastomeric seal.
