PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a frozen heated jiaozi that is easy for heat-cooking after freezing preservation, is free of unevenness in baking, and can maintain a crispy texture of the baked surface after heating cooking, and hetero texture and juicy texture of the filling.SOLUTION: A frozen heated jiaozi that is easy for heat-cooking after freeze preservation and is superior in texture thereof can be obtained by attaching a batter liquid containing 70-90 wt% of water to at least a surface to be baked of the jiaozi at a proportion of 18-30 parts by weight per 100 parts by weight of the jiaozi.
