PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a circuit side that has obtained a plurality of analog/digital conversion results to determine whether the analog/digital conversion results are continuous regarding the plurality of analog/digital conversion results continuously received from an analog/digital conversion circuit that periodically performs analog/digital conversion.SOLUTION: An analog/digital conversion circuit (10) according to the present invention comprises: an analog/digital conversion unit (101) that periodically executes analog digital conversion processing to convert an analog signal (VA) into a digital signal (DOUT); a storage unit (103); a control unit (103) that writes an analog/digital conversion result (DOUT) by analog/digital conversion processing and identification data (DID) associated with the analog/digital conversion result in the storage unit whenever analog/digital conversion processing is performed; and an output unit (106) that reads out the analog/digital conversion result and corresponding identification data written in the storage unit and outputs them.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
