PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump device capable of preventing chattering of a pump even in a constitution used in a solar power generation system not having a power storage body in a driving source of the pump.SOLUTION: A pump device 1 includes a motor 21, a pump 22 driven by the motor 21, a solar battery 31 converting solar light into electric energy, an invertor 41 connected to the solar battery 31 and converting the electric energy converted in the solar battery 31 into AC electric power, a storage portion 43 storing electric current capable of driving the pump 22 as a threshold value, and a control portion 44 connected to the invertor 41, and comparing the AC electric current of the AC electric power converted by the invertor 41 with the threshold value, to supply the AC electric current to the pump 22 when the AC electric current converted by the invertor 41 is the threshold value or more, and to stop the supply of AC electric power to the pump 22 when the AC electric current is lower than the threshold value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
