PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a laser processing device which can prevent the appearance from a printing surface side of a cutline from being deteriorated.SOLUTION: A laser processing device comprises a laser irradiator 5 which forms a cutline on a label continuous body 101 having a sticking surface 101a to which a liner 102 is stuck by irradiating the label continuous body 101 on which the sticking surface 101a is exposed by peeling the liner 102 with a laser beam from the sticking surface 101a side. It is preferable that the laser processing device further comprises a feeding part 4 which feeds the label continuous body 101 on which the liner 102 is stuck to the sticking surface 101a while peeling the liner 102 at a peeling position P1 on the upstream side with respect to an irradiation position P3 where the label continuous body 101 is irradiated with the laser beam.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
